Create a new CMAC based on AES.

Throws:

javax.crypto.NoSuchPaddingException - If the AES cipher does not support NoPadding.

java.security.NoSuchAlgorithmException - If the AES cipher is unavailable.

java.security.NoSuchProviderException - If the IAIK provider has not been installed.
