public class HQCAlgorithmParametersSpi
extends PQAlgorithmParameterSpi<HQCParameterSpec>

This class represents the opaque definition of parameters used by HQC. The class extends AlgorithmParametersSpi as intended by the JCA.

A caller might request an instance of this class by calling the method AlgorithmParameters.getInstance(String), with the parameter "HQC".

At the time of writing, the encoding of the parameter sets, including the respective ObjectID are subjects to change, as the standardization process is still ongoing.

Until standardization, we use implicit parameter sets. Instead of serializing the concrete values, we serialize the ObjectID and let the implementation deduce the parameter's values.
